- Exchanges or returns are accepted only in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
- Customers must submit an exchange or return request within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Customer Responsibility
Size Selection:
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart carefully before completing their purchase, as exchanges or returns do not apply to cases of incorrect size selection.
Product Care:
Customers are responsible for reading and following the care and washing instructions included with the product.
Exchanges or returns cannot be processed if damage occurs due to improper use or washing.
Shipping Address:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
In case an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, the store cannot be held responsible, and the exchange or return process cannot be completed.
Conditions for Accepting Exchange/Return Due to a Manufacturing Defect
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all accessories and intact packaging.
- The request will be reviewed and verified to confirm the manufacturing defect before approval for exchange or return.
